Refund Policy
1. Payment
For most photography sessions with BULLEN Photography, payment is taken in full on the day of the shoot, after the session has taken place.
2. Deposits
For larger bookings, events, or sessions requiring additional preparation, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking. The amount of the deposit will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to a new date at our discretion. For sessions without a deposit, no charges apply if you cancel in advance.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not provided once a shoot has been completed, as payment is only taken after services are delivered.
If a session cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, severe weather, equipment failure), any deposit paid will either be refunded or transferred to a new date.
